for some strange reason there is sticky mucus accumulating in my nasal cavity. it is super irritating. it doesnt flow out of my nose like it would during flu. i just keep blowing and blowing in vain trying to dislodge the mucus, but somehow more will be produced. i blame 'her' for not letting me sleep in her tutorials. haha. 

& of course, it goes without saying that...
