LOVE LANGUAGES!!
Your emotional love language and the language of another may be as different as Chinese from English. No matter how hard you try to express love in English, if they understand only Chinese, you will never understand how to love each other.

some people feel loved when others do extravagant things for them. some feel loved when they are literally told 'i love you'. some feel loved through others actions towards them.

me? you could give me the world and it still wouldnt matter. you could have tattooed 'i love ann' on your body and i wouldnt care. but before you start concluding how ungrateful i am, realise that all you had to do to let me know you loved me was to LISTEN TO WHAT I SAY!

something as simple and as basic as that, and yet not many people realise it.

which has made me come to a decision. from now on, i will try to find out and act upon the love languages of those around me.
